Dear Master students of the IE department
To determine the date of your pre-defense session with your supervisor, pay attention to the following items:
- If the students have registered for the project course in the first semester of the academic year, in case of final defense after Khordad, they must schedule their pre-defense session by the end of Khordad 1402.
- If they have registered for the project course in the second semester of the academic year, in case of the final defense after Tir, they must schedule their pre-defense by the end of Tir 1402.
- The pre-defense meeting will be held with the presence of the project supervisor and an internal examiner (inside the department).
